Job Description

As a GA Success Manager (GSM), you’ll be the driving force behind the success and development of Growth Assistants across multiple industries. Meet regularly with each Growth Assistant (typically 80+ in your book) to guide them through challenges, wins, and growth milestones. Design and implement training and onboarding plans to ensure readiness and alignment with client expectations. Instill GA’s culture, core values, and commitment to excellence throughout the GA journey. Conduct structured check-ins and reviews, provide candid feedback, and create actionable development plans. Report key people operations metrics and insights to the GA Experience Lead. Partner with Customer Success and HR to communicate feedback, surface training needs, and improve retention strategies. Help develop and enhance processes that scale training, engagement, and performance management across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a trainer, coach, or people operations professional
  • Proven success in building training plans and development programs
  • Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills
  • Experience creating systems and processes from scratch
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting people metrics
  • Passion for leadership, development, and empowering others to succeed
  • Background in marketing, operations, or organizational development (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with employee lifecycle management (onboarding → retention) (Nice to Have)
  • Exposure to learning and development program design (Nice to Have)
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment (Nice to Have)
