Job Description

• Provide day-to-day process engineering support for different production units. • Perform key engineering calculations: line sizing, pump sizing, PSV sizing (API 520/521). • Develop and update PFDs, P&IDs, and Mass & Energy Balances. • Create equipment and control valve specifications. • Support PSM activities including MOCs, HAZOPs and compliance reviews. • Troubleshoot plant issues during site visits; support turnarounds and startups. • Collaborate with Project Services on small capital projects.

Job Requirements

BS in Chemical Engineering preferred (Mechanical/related disciplines accepted with strong process background).
Hands-on field experience in a chemical plant, refinery or similar process industry.
3-5 years of process engineering experience supporting manufacturing operations.
Comfortable working in operating units - climbing stairs/ladders, troubleshooting equipment and engaging with operators.
Strong understanding of P&IDs, PFDs, process calculations and equipment specs.
Ability to travel 30-40% for site support.
Exposure to PSM, MOC, HAZOP and API/ASME codes (a plus).
Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
