Job Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness
- We do not provide training for BCBA certification. Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification.
