Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the US market
- Demonstrated ability to deliver 4-6 hires per month, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Strong outbound sourcing capabilities and comfort engaging passive candidates
- Proven experience in hiring consulting or management professionals; experience in hiring technical profiles is a plus
- Data-driven and comfortable using metrics to improve recruiting performance
- Experience using an ATS effectively; familiarity with Ashby is a plus
- Autonomous, self-driven, and comfortable operating without heavy oversight
- Strong existing network among consulting professionals (e.g., Big Four, Accenture, technology consulting, strategy consulting) is a strong plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Deliver hiring targets of 4-6 high-quality hires per month across consulting roles (from Analyst to Senior Manager), and occasionally support technical hiring (e.g., AI Developer)
- Manage inbound applicant flow while proactively building outbound pipelines to ensure consistent velocity
- Build and activate a strong employee referral engine and use whatever sourcing strategies are necessary to ensure the right talent enters the funnel
- Proactively report hiring performance and outlook to leadership
- Run structured screening interviews and assess quality rigorously
- Coordinate a seamless interview process for candidates and hiring managers
- Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience from first interaction through closing
- Drive offers confidently through to acceptance
- Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies and candidate evaluation standards
- Build structured recruitment processes, SLAs, and reporting standards in Ashby
- Leverage key metrics to improve speed, conversion rates, and hiring quality
- Leverage AI tools to increase sourcing effectiveness and recruiter leverage
- Provide market intelligence on talent trends, compensation, and competitor hiring activity
