Job Description

To build our high-performance team, we are looking for a Recruiter who can raise the bar. Your job is simple in principle and demanding in practice: Consistently hire outstanding talent. That means delivering 4-6 high-quality hires per month that are not only a great fit for the role, but also a win for our culture. You’ll own the full hiring cycle: Manage inbound candidates Proactively source to maintain momentum Activate referrals Run sharp screening interviews Ensure we close top candidates This is a remote role with real autonomy. We don’t care where you work from. We care about hiring outcomes. You’ll be trusted to manage your pipeline, prioritize effectively, and pull in the right stakeholders to close great people. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the US market
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver 4-6 hires per month, ideally in a high-growth environment
  • Strong outbound sourcing capabilities and comfort engaging passive candidates
  • Proven experience in hiring consulting or management professionals; experience in hiring technical profiles is a plus
  • Data-driven and comfortable using metrics to improve recruiting performance
  • Experience using an ATS effectively; familiarity with Ashby is a plus
  • Autonomous, self-driven, and comfortable operating without heavy oversight
  • Strong existing network among consulting professionals (e.g., Big Four, Accenture, technology consulting, strategy consulting) is a strong plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Deliver hiring targets of 4-6 high-quality hires per month across consulting roles (from Analyst to Senior Manager), and occasionally support technical hiring (e.g., AI Developer)
  • Manage inbound applicant flow while proactively building outbound pipelines to ensure consistent velocity
  • Build and activate a strong employee referral engine and use whatever sourcing strategies are necessary to ensure the right talent enters the funnel
  • Proactively report hiring performance and outlook to leadership
  • Run structured screening interviews and assess quality rigorously
  • Coordinate a seamless interview process for candidates and hiring managers
  • Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience from first interaction through closing
  • Drive offers confidently through to acceptance
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies and candidate evaluation standards
  • Build structured recruitment processes, SLAs, and reporting standards in Ashby
  • Leverage key metrics to improve speed, conversion rates, and hiring quality
  • Leverage AI tools to increase sourcing effectiveness and recruiter leverage
  • Provide market intelligence on talent trends, compensation, and competitor hiring activity
