End to End Product Ownership: Product definition, product launch, go-to-market, commercial positioning, and related campaigns. Customer and Market Insights: Develop customer insights to serve as an Atellica systems expert on customer targets (laboratorians, hospital administration, reference labs, ministries of health, etc.) building keen insights and understanding to contribute to the overall CLS business strategy. Competitive Selling Strategies: Understand competitive offerings and provide commercial organizations with appropriate positioning and tools to differentiate product(s) versus the competition in a profitable manner that adds value to the customer. Product Definition: Ensure that appropriate Customer Requirements/Design Inputs are crafted to guide the development team. Utilize market research; customer input; zone input; and other means to ensure profitable and differentiated products are delivered to market.

Job Requirements

  • Core Lab Diagnostics IVD experience required for this role.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing and product management experience, ideally with end-to-end experience from conducting market research, developing product portfolio requirements, supporting new product development and new launch initiatives, campaign development and execution, developing compelling sales messaging / materials and training.
  • Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay experience strongly preferred.
  • Global awareness - ideally global experience or ability to understand how to work effectively across multiple countries.
  • Customer-centric - With a focus on understanding how to translate customer insights into tangible actions and product requirements.
  • Collaborative - Ability to work cross-functionally with the ability to influence across departments/functions.
  • Strong Communicator - Excellent communication skills to deliver messaging to different audiences.
  • Organized - Able to organize and manage multiple projects at once to help take them across the finish line; Staying on top of projects status and proactively reporting out as needed.
  • Bachelor degree in business; life sciences; engineering or related technical discipline. MBA is preferred.
  • Travel up to 20%.
