Job Description
Our team supports a leading client in the technology sector by partnering closely with their Social Responsibility department to advance community-focused initiatives. We manage operational processes that facilitate the distribution of cash grants to nonprofit organizations and other institutions, helping fund a wide range of meaningful causes. Through this work, the team plays a vital role in enabling the client’s broader mission to drive positive social impact at scale.
The Senior Project Coordinator for EMEA/APAC provides critical operational support to the Stronger Communities, EMEA, and APAC Grantmaking teams. This role will help manage the rhythm of the business ensuring the team operates efficiently at scale.
Project Management Support Provide project management support for special projects, including developing project plans, tracking milestones, and managing stakeholder communications. Perform initial data pulls for ad-hoc requests and populate internal trackers with raw data. Organize information to support the lead in generating insights.

Team Operations & Rhythm of the Business Support budget management processes, including tracking grants and program-related spend against targets. Track grant statuses, aligning across internal client systems, and proactively manage the pipeline by chasing down stakeholders and sending reminders. Handle routine follow-ups with Services Desk to ensure data integrity. Identify and flag strategic roadblocks for escalation to the Strat Ops lead.
Support budget management processes, including tracking grants and program-related spend against targets.

Public Announcements Process Optimization Act as a central coordinator for key operational processes, managing the submission and approval pipeline by tracking progress, proactively following up with stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal), and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant. Triage inbound requests, answering recurring questions about established processes using existing documentation.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of program and/or project management experience
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social impact operations or non-profit organization
- Experience with end to end grants management cycle
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Stakeholder communication and ability to provide frequent updates and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working across different time zones and managing diverse logistical needs.
- Proficiency in data tracking and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.

- Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
