Job Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B consultative sales experience (professional services, agency, SaaS, fundraising, or adjacent industries)
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex, high-value partnerships
- Experience working in or selling into the nonprofit, fundraising, or mission-driven sector strongly preferred
- Comfort driving outbound activity and opening new conversations
- Ability to speak credibly across marketing strategy, fundraising, data, and execution
- Strong executive presence and ability to challenge constructively
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in pipeline math and performance metrics
- Resilient, competitive, and self-directed
- Location
- Remote, willingness to travel a minimum of 50% or as business needs require.
- Compensation
- The expected pay range for this position is $150,000 – $180,000 annually.
- This position is also eligible to participate in a commission plan as part of the total compensation package.
