The Client Vacation Planner supports clients by organizing and coordinating vacation plans through structured planning and careful attention to detail. In this role, you will assist clients by helping them review available options, organize planning information, and manage timelines so each experience is clearly documented and easy to follow. Your focus will be on organization, accuracy, and consistent communication while supporting clients throughout the planning process. Assist clients with selecting destinations, accommodations, and experiences Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and planning timelines Provide organized planning guidance and next steps Manage documentation, payment processing, and records Maintain clear and professional communication
