Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive equity administration experience within a publicly traded company.
- Deep knowledge of various equity instruments (RSUs, PRSUs and ESPP) and a comprehensive understanding of their domestic and international tax implications.
- A proactive, self-directed work ethic with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey complex information clearly to employees at all levels, from new hires to the executive team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the entire Office Suite.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation (bonus points).
- Hands-on experience with the EDGAR platform (bonus points).
