Job Description

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire high-quality technical talent supporting Artic Consulting’s US consulting and delivery engagements. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development – Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels. Screening & Candidate Assessment – Conduct initial recruiter screenings to evaluate technical fit, communication, and motivation. Stakeholder / Hiring Manager Partnership – Partner with hiring managers and practice leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities. Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience – Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Offer Management & Closure – Support compensation discussions, negotiations, and joining processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Experience supporting US-based hiring preferred.
  • Exposure to consulting / IT services recruitment strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing capability across multiple channels.
  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and skill requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience hiring for Microsoft / Azure / Cloud / AI roles.
  • Familiarity with US hiring practices and compliance.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and negotiation.

  • Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $55,000 to $60,000 annually.
