Job Description
Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 2 years of previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a dining, concierge, or guest services role.
- Familiarity with reservation software and guest CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine, and culinary trends.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems, including Opera, Revinate, OpenTable, Alice, Book4Time is a plus.
- A polished, professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude.
- A dedicated, quiet home office is required for remote work.
- Edgewood Tahoe will provide a desktop computer; however, please note that it is not Wi-Fi enabled. To ensure optimal system performance and call quality, the computer must be connected to a reliable high-speed internet connection using an Ethernet cable.

- Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
