Job Description
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in clinical development (clinical operations, data management or central monitoring) with demonstrated expertise in large scale transformation or change initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in a role directly related to delivery of RBQM, with deep understanding of different approaches to RBQM and relevant ICH requirements (E6 R3, E8 and E3)
- At least 5-10 years of customer support, professional services or consulting support required
- Change management experience preferred
- Program and project management experience preferred
- Experience with direct customer interactions & stakeholder management skills at executive, senior leadership and middle management levels
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience of creating value cases and operating models for change initiatives
- Highly autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple customers/programs/projects in parallel
- Travel up to 50%
- Remote location okay (US & Europe initial employee targets) - East Coast preferred in US, but qualified candidates in other time zones in US may be considered
