AHEAD is currently seeking an Associate Counsel to provide day-to-day legal support and counseling to AHEAD’s sales team and stakeholders. You will report to AHEAD’s Senior Counsel. Working closely with internal sales team as well as vendors and customers Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts, including hardware, software, professional services, subcontractors, non-disclosure, and vendor agreements Leading contract negotiations with sophisticated counter-parties Proposes and assists with developing tools to improve contractual processes and documentation Assessing and minimizing sources of risk, with appropriate escalations as necessary
