Job Description

AO Globe Life is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to support clients through the enrollment and ongoing service lifecycle of supplemental benefit programs. This fully remote position is designed for professionals with a strong background in financial services, client account management, or benefits administration who are ready to contribute at a high level within a performance-driven organization. Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations with clients via Zoom Analyze client needs and outline appropriate financial protection options Oversee application accuracy, documentation review, and compliance requirements Maintain detailed digital records and manage client accounts proactively Provide ongoing service support and timely follow-up communication Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient processing Participate in advanced training, leadership development, and performance initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Experience in financial services, account administration, or client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards and documentation processes
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with precision
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required state licensure (support provided)
