Job Requirements
- High School Diploma and at least 3 years’ experience in a professional environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience administering and reviewing background checks.
- Previous recruiting coordinator, administration, human resource, onboarding or background investigation experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with candidates, recruiters and leadership.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with an applicant tracking system, such as iCIMS, required.
- Experience with a Background Investigation candidate management system required (such as First Advantage).
