As an SSRM (Strategic Sourcing & Resource Management) Data Analyst, you will provide critical support and expert insights, transforming complex procurement and resource data into actionable intelligence to drive strategic decision-making and optimize operational efficiency. Expertly collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to sourcing, contracts, and resource utilization Identify trends and cost-saving opportunities Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards Present findings to inform strategic sourcing initiatives Analyze spend and contracting data to provide insight to Sourcing, Contracting & Implementation teams Provide data and analyses to support requests received Work with analysts in other functional areas to connect analysis and ensure consistency in measurement, reporting, and interpretation Demonstrate outstanding analytical capabilities, strong statistical and data visualization skills Contribute significantly to cost optimization, supplier performance improvement, and effective resource management Develop analytic models to provide insight to supply chain contracting, savings opportunities, and strategy development Support Sourcing, Contracting & Implementation Teams reporting to support and improve contract compliance Develop front-end analysis to help frame contracting strategy for key stakeholders Develop, maintain, and manage key performance indicators for contract categories Connect with analysts from other functions to collaborate on analytic standards Support system level initiatives to drive sustainable improvement in SSRM performance Develop, maintain, and manage key performance indicators for operational performance Work closely with analysts and stakeholders in other CHI business functions to develop an analyst community
