Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10–15+ years of senior experience in infrastructure investment, project finance, private equity, or capital markets
- Demonstrated track record of raising and closing $100M+ energy or infrastructure transactions
- Deep expertise in utility-scale power project finance and capital stack structuring
- Established relationships with sovereign wealth funds, infrastructure funds, institutional LPs, or DFIs
- Extensive experience leading investor negotiations and due diligence processes
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline (MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred)
- Preferred Experience
- Clean energy or energy transition financing
- Tax equity structuring and PPA-based project monetization
- DOE, LPO, IRA, or federal infrastructure funding mechanisms
- Cross-border infrastructure transactions
- Multilingual capabilities for international investor engagement
