Job Description

This role is a senior leadership opportunity in digital political strategy and fundraising, focused on driving high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. The Vice President, Digital (Political) will: Lead cross-functional teams Develop innovative digital fundraising and advocacy programs Work directly with political partners to optimize supporter engagement and campaign performance Shape digital strategy across email, social, web, and search Mentor a team of associates, strategists, writers, and production staff The environment is collaborative, innovative, and driven by data-informed decisions. Accountabilities include: Designing and executing cross-channel digital fundraising, advocacy, and communications campaigns Leading and managing a team to deliver high-quality client campaigns Developing strategies with political partners to maximize grassroots fundraising Advising clients on industry best practices and emerging strategies Overseeing campaign budgets, KPIs, and revenue forecasting Building and maintaining client relationships Coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of in-house political or agency experience in digital fundraising, advocacy, or communications
  • Proven client management experience and ability to maintain strong partner relationships
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with eCRM platforms such as ActionKit, NGP, Salesforce, or Luminate
  • Passion for social change and advancing progressive political outcomes
  • Ability to work remotely and provide support during high-volume periods
