As an AI Influencer Growth Manager, you’ll take full ownership of established AI influencer brands — driving their growth, refining their identity, and scaling their performance and revenue across platforms. This is a creative and strategic growth role — not content scheduling. Turn AI influencers into internet phenomena. You’ll operate at the intersection of storytelling, content execution, and performance — owning growth end-to-end and making data-driven decisions daily. What you’ll do Own and evolve AI influencer brand identities — voice, aesthetic, positioning, and narrative consistency Shape and refine each character’s online presence to maximize audience connection Create and oversee high-quality short-form content with obsessive attention to detail Craft hooks that stop the scroll in under one second — and content that sustains attention Manage and scale Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X accounts with data-driven growth strategies Continuously A/B test content formats to optimize retention, engagement, and conversion Drive traffic from social platforms to monetization channels — and hit performance targets Lead virtual assistants with clear SOPs and quality standards Build and maintain structured content calendars in Notion with 100% posting consistency Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments before they peak Compensation Base salary + performance-based bonus.
