Job Description

This is a senior build-and-execute role. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, Chief of Staff/Head of Product, and Clinical Leadership to design and scale multi-state Medicaid behavioral health operations. We are looking for someone who has built business and clinical operations before and can independently translate strategy into execution. You should be comfortable taking a high-level objective and defining the operational plan required to deliver it. What You’ll Own Multi-State Clinical Operations: Design and scale operational systems that support care delivery across multiple states. Build compliant workflows for intake, scheduling, care coordination, documentation, and quality oversight. Launch new pilots and service lines from planning through go-live. Job Requirements

  • You must have built and fully owned the scaling of a behavioral health services organization from early stage through multi-state expansion.
  • Deep, hands-on experience in Medicaid and managed care operations, including translating payer requirements into operational systems.
  • You operate with high autonomy and strong judgment.
  • A track record of moving from problem definition to execution independently, without extensive oversight.
  • Experience leading in fast-growing environments where accountability and performance matter.
  • Professional experience with child welfare, juvenile justice, or complex Medicaid populations is strongly preferred. Lived experience is a plus.
