This is a senior build-and-execute role. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, Chief of Staff/Head of Product, and Clinical Leadership to design and scale multi-state Medicaid behavioral health operations. We are looking for someone who has built business and clinical operations before and can independently translate strategy into execution. You should be comfortable taking a high-level objective and defining the operational plan required to deliver it. What You’ll Own Multi-State Clinical Operations: Design and scale operational systems that support care delivery across multiple states. Build compliant workflows for intake, scheduling, care coordination, documentation, and quality oversight. Launch new pilots and service lines from planning through go-live.
