Job Requirements

  • BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of engineering and technical lead experience in building scalable software.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience leading engineering teams.
  • Experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching engineering talent.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Passion for healthcare and a strong interest in improving its delivery through technology.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
  • Experience with modern web technologies and cloud-based services.
