Legrand is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our Data, Power, and Control team on a remote basis. In this role, you will support customers across hyperscale, colocation, OEM/ODM, and enterprise environments by helping them adopt innovative high-density cooling solutions that meet the performance demands of AI/HPC, cloud, and enterprise workloads.Legrand is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable workplace where people of all genders, backgrounds, and experiences can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Develop and nurture a diverse pipeline of data center cooling opportunities, collaborating with customers to achieve successful outcomes. Lead technical discovery discussions and guide solution design to support customer goals. Build clear and compelling TCO/ROI and sustainability narratives. Partner with channel and ecosystem teams to strengthen their ability to position and support Legrand cooling technologies. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast information in CRM systems. Support cross-functional collaboration, identifying opportunities to integrate broader Legrand solutions. Provide actionable customer insights to help improve products and customer experience. Perform additional responsibilities as needed. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of technical sales or sales engineering experience in data center infrastructure is required. Technical understanding of Direct-to-Chip (DTC) data center liquid cooling. Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively. Familiarity with AI/HPC environments, rack/cabinet ecosystems, or channel enablement (preferred). Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Willingness to travel up to 50%.
