Job Description
Legrand is seeking an Aisle Containment Strategic Account Specialist to join our Data Center Power & Control Division on a remote basis. In this role, you will partner with major enterprise clients to deliver thoughtful, data-driven solutions that support safe, efficient, and innovative data center environments.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with data center clients by understanding their environment, challenges, and goals.
Act as a consultative partner, offering insights and expertise that help customers succeed.
Serve as a primary point of contact for large enterprise clients, managing the full sales process with professionalism and clarity.
Collaborate with National Account Managers and Territory Sales Managers to support sales strategy and customer engagement.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with large enterprise clients, including Fortune 100 organizations.
Partner with internal teams to create solutions that align with customer needs and company capabilities.
Contribute to business and marketing plans that drive growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Maintain open, consistent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership.
Support the growth of Legrand’s Containment portfolio and help develop strategic plans for Tier 1 prospects.
Represent Legrand at key customer meetings, industry events, and project discussions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Engineering or Computer Science a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or data center environments.
- Technical understanding of electrical or mechanical systems relevant to data centers.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with strategic sales processes and customer account management.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and independently when needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and SAP preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
