The VP – Head of Audit Technology is a senior technology leadership role responsible for defining and executing the technology strategy that enables State Street’s Corporate Audit function. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Functions Technology, this role owns the delivery, evolution, and operational effectiveness of audit technology platforms used by Corporate Audit teams globally. Partner closely with Corporate Audit leadership to ensure auditors are equipped with modern, scalable, and well-governed technology capabilities, including data, analytics, automation, and emerging AI-enabled solutions. Lead teams of technologists and developers, drive platform adoption, and ensure audit technology investments measurably improve audit quality, efficiency, and insight. What you will be responsible for Audit Technology Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with Audit to define and maintain a multi-year Audit Technology strategy and roadmap, aligned to State Street’s enterprise technology direction. Ensure AI is embedded responsibly into audit workflows, with appropriate controls and human oversight.
