• Design and scale an end-to-end QA strategy for our Full Stack Engineering team • Build and maintain sophisticated test automation frameworks (Playwright/Cypress) that validate security, performance, and correctness across the entire stack • Seamlessly integrate automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that every release is battle-tested before it hits the mainnet • Go beyond "click-and-verify" by implementing fuzzing and property-based testing to detect edge cases in smart contract interactions • Own load and stress testing to ensure the Arbitrum stack thrives under transaction spikes • Partner with Software Engineers, Smart Contract Devs, and DevOps to build a "Quality First" culture, turning manual processes into automated, reproducible workflows • Collaborate with researchers and external auditors to automate vulnerability detection and regression testing • Work closely with DevRel to ensure SDKs, APIs, and documentation are well-tested and reliable for the growing Arbitrum developer ecosystem
