Job Description

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across divisions. This role requires a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and the ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable results. The Marketing Manager partners with the corporate marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Collaborate with divisional leaders to prioritize and manage marketing activities. Lead strategic marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams and centralized marketing groups (creative, content, digital). Provide strategic counsel and innovative thinking to support business growth. Define go-to-market strategies and oversee campaign execution. Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and reports. Develop and monitor metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success. Ensure all marketing deliverables align with brand standards. Serve as a brand ambassador across all channels and materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Support promotional efforts including social media, email marketing, and external partnerships. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis
  • Experience in professional services, software, or technology sectors strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and demand generation channels
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience presenting to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing software; HubSpot experience preferred
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational, and project management skills, including proficiency with project management platforms (ClickUp, Monday, Asana, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing competing priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and remote team environments
  • Regular, 40 hours/week work schedule
  • Travel: Less than 10%
  • Physical Activity: Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds
  • Frequent repetitive motions with hands
