Job Description

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for the ALM North America business • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules • Ensure accurate accounting for revenue, cost of services, inventory, fixed assets, and accruals • Apply US GAAP to complex accounting matters and business transactions • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and SOX/internal control requirements • Perform and review accounting for ALM revenue streams, including asset disposition and remarketing services • Support inventory accounting for IT assets, including valuation, reserves, obsolescence, and write-downs • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial treatment of asset flows • Work closely with a team of accountants to coordinate close activities and resolve issues • Partner with FP&A, operations, and commercial teams to support financial analysis and reporting • Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responses • Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, documentation, and controls • Support SOX compliance efforts, including control execution and documentation • Participate in system enhancements and cross-functional initiatives impacting accounting

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in US GAAP and its application in a complex business environment
  • Experience with revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and month-end close
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote role aligned to US Eastern Time
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Preferred CPA (US or Canada) or equivalent professional designation
  • Experience in asset-intensive, logistics, technology, or services-based businesses
