JOB SUMMARY: The Dental Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting extraordinary talent, including creating a best-in-class candidate experience in the dental industry. Requiring a passion for sourcing, screening, and hiring manager success, the Dental Talent Acquisition Partner provides a stellar recruiting experience to enable achievement of all business objectives.   EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required.    JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: ·        5+ years of experience in full-cycle professional Recruiting, including at least 3 year of De ntal Industry recruiting Dentist and Dental Specialists- required. ·        7+ years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare industries - required. ·        Recruiting/Sourcing Certifications preferred.   **Please note the requirements prior to applying.    JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:    ·        Become a subject matter expert in talent acquisition processes, pipelining, and talent suc ccession planning, with a passion for customer service and stakeholder success. ·        Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. ·        Have the desire to work within a Team and be willing to assist and learn in other areas. ·        Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting metrics and analytics. ·        Knowledge of the State and Federal employment laws. ·        Proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). ·        Self-guided with the motivation and ability to assess a situation and make sound professional decisions without constant oversight. ·        Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Understand the confidentiality required in a Human Resource environment. ·        Thinks independently and can be responsive with solutions. Understand and delivers high quality work in established timelines. ·        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization and represent the company in the market. ·        Partners with University Relations team to engage Residents and provide a comprehensive narrative regarding the attributes of the organization -  some travel required.   WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:   ·        Remote office environment. ·        30% + travel to provider sites, conferences, career fairs, team meetings and educational institutions supporting University Relations.    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:      ·        Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and stakeholders across functions to ensure organization’s ability to attract, recruit and retain top talent.    ·        Successfully recruit for all levels of the organization, including but not limited to ownership of Doctor, Staff and Corporate level recruiting.    ·        Represent D4C Dental Brands’ recruiting brand to ensure business results, including but not limited to social media, job boards, and specialty  recruiting site and all others deemed relevant.      ·        Manage and drive requisitions completion from intake through contract execution. This includes recruiting active and passive candidates and conducting in-depth interviews and talent screens and assisting with site visit execution.     ·        Maintain and own proactive communication throughout recruiting process to ensure Hiring Manager success and an exceptional candidate experience.     ·        Follow recruiting strategies, processes and procedures to support the recruiting function across the enterprise.      ·        Drive relationships and networks with clinical providers and residency programs/educational institutions to ensure pipeline of extraordinary talent by supporting University Relations as needed.    * *Other duties as assigned.   Contact Deb Packard at deb.packard@d4c.com or apply directly at www.d4cdb.com
