Job Requirements
- Academic background in Mathematics, or a related STEM field (Master’s degree or higher).
- Personal experience in math competitions, with at least qualification to USA Junior Mathematical Olympiad or equivalent level.
- Strong mathematical foundation and deep understanding of competition-style problem solving.
- Ability to explain advanced concepts clearly and inspire students at different levels.
- Passionate about competitive mathematics and committed to helping students excel.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience is a plus.
- Participation in team-based math competitions is a strong plus.
Benefits
- Teaching Fee: $55-$75/hour; Teachers will be assigned 3-7 classes per week.
- Non-Teaching Fee: $25-$35/hour; Includes class preparation and after-class services such as grading homework, replying to parent messages, periodically giving feedback, curriculum development, etc.

- Performance-Based Pay Increase: Opportunity for a 15% bonus per semester.
