Job Description

As a Customer Service Rep I – Claims Alert in Remote, US (Permanent Part-Time), you’ll assist clients calling about insurance claims—primarily auto—while providing empathetic and efficient service. Process and input new first notice of loss insurance claims and inquiry calls

Job Requirements

  • Entry-level experience
  • Customer service background (preferred)
  • Tech-savviness
  • Flexibility to work weekends and shifts between 11 AM and 11 PM
