Job Description

This role involves supporting the Mayo Collaborative Services (MCS) Technology Transformation Strategy, which is a multi-year build and deployment effort for new operational software suited to the MCS 2030 business growth strategy. Demonstrate strong testing expertise, including test planning and execution Understand the software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks Develop automated test scripts and implement CI/CD tooling Support shift-left automation strategies that enhance testing effectiveness, quality, and early performance evaluation Provide software quality assurance services for projects and systems Support the development of deliverables, including performance and compliance metrics, and audit tracking Define, perform, and document product validation for new and/or modified applications Investigate operational and process problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel Participate in the development, maintenance, and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs Assist in the execution of quality reviews under the direction of the project team or a senior quality colleague Develop and maintain advanced software automation framework and test scripts used by system testers Support custom APIs between tools

Job Requirements

  • Experience with UI automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Proficiency in a programming language and SQL
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud
  • This is a full-time remote position within the United States
