Job Description

As a Benefits Technology Administration Manager at OneDigital, you will be expected to lead a Benefits Technology team. This role has direct responsibilities for leading people, analysis, design and project management of new operational initiatives. Maintain a deep understanding of the product and be an effective stakeholder Serve as point of escalation for escalation issues Own forecasting and prioritization for benefit technology amongst your team Collaborate with engineering and product development teams Monitor workloads and workflows to ensure service deliverables are met Responsibility for staffing and performance management Conduct staff training, development and mentoring to bring about growth of knowledge and performance outcomes Analyze performance outcomes Design and manage detailed project plans and communicate results at agreed upon intervals Build relationships with internal departments to facilitate successful solutions Participate in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge Meet or exceed department goals as defined Complete other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Detail-orientated with strong logic and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor and guide team members
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Definitive leadership capabilities
  • Track record of deploying a consultative and solution-oriented approach for customers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team with positive results in change management, team morale and employee engagement
  • Current life and health insurance license, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a leader of people
  • Knowledge/Experience with HCM Solutions required
