• Establish and own the architectural vision and governance for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud initiatives within external client contexts. • Drive large-scale, complex solution designs across multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical standards. • Collaborate at C-suite and executive levels to understand business priorities and translate them into long-term technology roadmaps and Salesforce architectures. • Lead and mentor a team of architects, technical leads, and admins, fostering best practices in design, integration, security, and deployment. • Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory frameworks and embed security and data privacy principles into all solution designs. • Champion innovative use of Salesforce features, including advanced Financial Services core capabilities, Salesforce Industries, and emerging technologies. • Oversee architectural risk assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and capacity planning for Salesforce implementations. • Partner closely with product owners, delivery leads, admins, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and high-quality deliverables. • Represent the organization in client-facing engagements, pre-sales activities, and industry forums.
