Job Description
• Lead full-cycle Epicor Kinetic implementations (SaaS & On-Prem)
• Run and execute upgrades
• Own Quote-to-Cash process design
• Facilitate discovery with executives, operations, finance, and shop-floor teams
• Design and deploy: BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, SSRS reports
• Guide clients on manufacturing best practices
• Translate real-world production needs into system configuration
• Manage multiple client engagements independently
Job Requirements
- 8+ years Epicor experience
- Deep Epicor Kinetic expertise (SaaS & On-Prem)
- Led full implementations and upgrades
- Strong in: Communication, Quote-to-Cash, BPMs, BAQs, SSRS, Application Studio
- 10+ years manufacturing process knowledge (discrete preferred)
