Job Description
• Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons, distribution partners, and the direct Carlsmed commercial team throughout the initial CORE case series (pre, intra, and postoperative phases)
• Independently support Carlsmed procedures in operating rooms to ensure a smooth handoff to the distribution partners
• Document all field interactions with surgeons, sales teams, and partners in Carlsmed systems
• Collaborate with Sales Training to create and deliver field-based training and continued education
• Support Sales Training and commercial leader onboarding new sales agents, surgeon customers, and healthcare institutions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of advanced training programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in orthopedic/neurosurgical sales and service
- Minimum 7 years of Operating Room technical support for spinal fusion surgery
- Able to evaluate problems and find appropriate solutions to support surgeries and cases
- Experience with CRM to manage all customer interactions
