• Design and produce high-quality print assets including brochures, patient education materials, displays, and partner toolkits. • Own layout, typography, color accuracy, and print-ready file preparation across all materials. • Build and maintain a scalable library of templates for partner use. • Collaborate with print vendors to ensure fidelity, accuracy, and quality through proofing and production. • Ensure brand consistency across all print deliverables for both partner-facing and consumer-facing materials. • Translate healthcare concepts, product features, and clinical information into clear, visually engaging communication. • Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity system, particularly as it applies to print formats (iconography, illustration, layout systems). • Partner with Marketing, Business Units, Operations, and Sales teams to understand needs and create materials that support the various business initiatives. • Manage multiple projects across business units simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines. • Maintain version control, ensure accuracy of regulated information, and follow approval workflows. • Identify opportunities to streamline design and production processes.
