Job Description
This role involves designing high-end, personalized travel and lifestyle experiences for discerning clients.
Conduct virtual consultations to understand client preferences, goals, and budget
Design customized luxury travel and experience proposals
Research high-end accommodations, exclusive tours, private transfers, and premium amenities
Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and special requests
Manage timelines, itineraries, and client communication
Provide proactive, concierge-level customer service before, during, and after travel
Maintain detailed records and ensure smooth execution of every experience
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
- Comfortable using online systems, booking platforms, and communication tools
- A service-first mindset with a passion for elevated client experiences
- Experience in hospitality, travel, customer service, or event coordination is a plus (not required)
