Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AWI) is a plus.
- 8+ years’ experience in reasonable accommodations management.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Employee Relations, HR Compliance, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment policies/procedures and related federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience leading the reasonable accommodation interactive process under the ADA.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible, innovative, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
