- Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with experience selling multi-year contracts to C-suite executives; 3+ years with an advanced degree may be acceptable.
- Proven track record of pipeline management, business development, and closing high-value deals.
- Expertise in strategic selling methodologies, including Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, and Value Selling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with internal teams and external clients.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage sales processes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and drive results in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Flexibility to work on-site if located near regional offices, with occasional travel as required (up to 40% depending on role).
