Job Description
• Lead strategic team development: Build and develop high-performing team with diverse roles managing client migrations in partnership with Account Management, Strategic Development, TPA Operations, and Enterprise Project Management office.
• Provide executive oversight: Direct all client implementation projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and aligned with client expectations while serving as escalation point for critical issues.
• Define migration strategies: Establish implementation strategies for simultaneous claims platform and digital experience migrations while partnering with cross-functional leaders in technology, operations, and client services.
• Drive accountability and results: Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure accountability for individual client project delivery while monitoring performance against key success metrics.
• Build client relationships: Develop strong partnerships with client executives and stakeholders while communicating project status, risks, and milestones effectively at all organizational levels.
• Guide technical execution: Direct team in understanding claims administration systems and digital engagement platforms while ensuring technical solutions meet client requirements and compliance standards.
• Manage risk proactively: Monitor project risks and drive resolution of complex challenges while maintaining zero tolerance for critical implementation failures or compliance breaches.
• Foster organizational culture: Create culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and client-centricity while serving as leadership liaison to Enterprise Project Management team.
• Develop talent: Coach and mentor team members for professional growth while maintaining team engagement scores at or above organizational benchmarks.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years in healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, or TPA environments
- At least 10 years in leadership roles with people management responsibilities
- Proven success overseeing teams managing large-scale client implementations
- Prior TPA experience strongly preferred
- Track record of delivering 95%+ on-time project completion rates
- Deep understanding of claims administration platforms and digital engagement tools
- Advanced project management methodologies (PMP or similar certification preferred)
- Experience managing budgets with ±5% variance adherence
- Proficiency in risk management frameworks and compliance requirements
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities under pressure
