Support agency customer inquiries related to contract terms. Support federal sales and capture teams with contract guidance and compliance interpretation. Reporting & Financial Compliance Review and approve sales transactional data reporting through the GSA Sales Reporting Portal. Ensure accurate calculation and remittance of Industrial Funding Fee (IFF). Assist with vendor / teaming partner reporting as needed. Support onboarding of new OEM partners and products under GSA. Recommend process improvements to enhance contract utilization and revenue growth. Monitor regulatory changes impacting GSA contractors. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Strong working knowledge of: FAR and GSAR GSA MAS program structure GSA Advantage! and eMod/eOffer and other GSA systems FAR and GSAR GSA MAS program structure GSA Advantage! and eMod/eOffer and other GSA systems Strong analytical and organizational skills. Familiarity with additional GWACs or IDIQ vehicles (SEWP, CIO-CS, NASA SEWP, etc.). 3+ years of experience managing GSA Schedule contracts, and Transactional Data Reporting. Experience with Government contracting, administration, and related compliance and reporting. Experience supporting audits or Contractor Assessment Visits. Experience with an IT reseller or systems integrator preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Government Contracting, Program Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM).
