Job Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in the Learning and Development industry with an expertise in designing and consulting on blended and eLearning solutions, using gamification within learning solution design
- 5+ years’ experience with performance consulting in an external client-facing capacity
- Excellent client and account management skills; business savvy/acumen
- Proven ability to work on a highly collaborative team
- Excelling and enjoying the challenges of writing persuasive learning solutions proposals
- Giving strong client-facing presentations
- Pitching, in-the-moment learning solution design, client-involved ideation
- Developing long-term relationships with team and clients
- Creativity and innovativeness - up to date and seeking new learning around industry trends
- Knowledge in instructional design approaches and mapping learning objectives to levels of interactivity—and applying this in a consultative manner, factoring in client needs and preferences (learning, business)
- Highly professional demeanor in written and spoken communications; ability to speak English in a clear, concise manner on client calls and in presentations
- Excellent time management and resourcefulness; ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Expert-level skills in Google Suite
- Strong internet connection
- Comfortable with virtual and instant messaging
- Generally available during established working hours
