Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service or phone support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn Compensation systems and technology.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
- A mindset for continuous improvement, always looking for ways to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
- Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
- Experience with compensation systems or knowledge of the insurance industry (preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).

- Estimated Hourly Wage: Sales Compensation Analyst I: $20.00-$24.25 (Hourly), plus annual bonus opportunity. Sales Compensation Analyst II: $20.75-$25.88 (Hourly), plus annual bonus opportunity. Sales Compensation Analyst III: $22.75-$28.38 (Hourly), plus annual bonus opportunity.
