Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas Bar and good standing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on automobile accidents
- Strong litigation experience with trial skills preferred
- Excellent negotiation, oral advocacy, and legal writing skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in case management software, legal research tools, and Microsoft Office
- Highly tech-savvy with demonstrated proficiency in legal technology and digital litigation tools
- Advanced proficiency in case management systems, electronic document management platforms, and legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
