Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with data analytics tools such as SAS, Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree in one of the following: business administration, health planning and administration, information systems, computer science; or in lieu of degree minimum 2-3 years of related experience.
- Ability to plan, organize, lead and control projects and work teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead meetings and give presentations to both management and staff.
- Knowledge of the health care industry and CBC corporate structure.
- Knowledge of terminology and concepts in the health insurance space.
- Knowledge of data processing terminology and concepts.
- Ability to analyze problems and issues, determine impact, and develop business solutions.
- Ability to function as a liaison and recommend solutions to a variety of departments.
- Ability to quantify and prioritize assigned activities; ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
