Job Requirements
- 5+ years production experience with Next.js, including App Router, Server Components, React, and TypeScript.
- Expertise in rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR), performance optimization, caching, and deployment (Vercel, containerized, self-hosted).
- 5+ years experience with Drupal or WordPress, ideally in headless/decoupled architectures, integrating CMS APIs (REST, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and web security best practices.
- Proven track record designing enterprise-scale web applications and migrations.
- Experience in solution architecture, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Hands-on technical implementation experience combined with the ability to define standards and processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong technical writing skills.
- Consultative and customer-focused, with the ability to balance internal standards and client expectations.
- Strategic thinker, comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at problem-solving in new and complex scenarios.

- Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is as follows:
- United States: $129,600- $145,000
- Vancouver, BC & Toronto, ON (Canada): CAD $112,000-126,000
- This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- United States: After an offer is made and accepted, E-Verify will be used to confirm your identity and employment eligibility, as required by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
