Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics/Business Intelligence.
- 3+ years of people management or leadership experience.
- Strong Salesforce administration skills and experience with reporting and CRM analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools such as DOMO, Tableau, or Looker.
- Proven ability to design and automate operational processes (experience with N8N or similar tools preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, comfortable presenting to executive leadership.
- Experience supporting distributed or high-growth sales teams is a plus.
