Job Description
• Lead a team driving innovation within V&A Analytics insights organization
• Develop V&A strategies and tactics for successful access strategy
• Partner with USV&A, AI&D, and Tech leadership
• Guide teams in innovative approaches and solutions
• Support team in translating business requirements into methodologies
• Engage with technical teams in applied analytics and predictive analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define execution roadmaps
Job Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years or Master’s degree and 4 years or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years or Associate’s degree and 10 years or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of related field experience
- Prior experience in contracts and pricing or value marketing with understanding of the US payer environment
- BA degree and 6 years of experience with relevant qualifications
- Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with the ability to manage execution
- Exceptional written/oral communication skills across functions and levels of leadership
- 8+ years of healthcare experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or consulting
- High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in MLOps practices and tools
- Experience in DevOps tools
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries
- Knowledge of NLP techniques for text analysis
- Experience in analyzing time-series data
