Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business systems
- Proven track record leading business-level AI or automation initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and AWS AI ecosystem
- Strong data & process skills (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Reporting, process mapping, KPIs, controls, etc.)
- Deep understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and compliance considerations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP implementation and/or process definitions (Preferred)
