• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). • Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate). • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. • Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates. • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution. • Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes. • Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
